Cutters are 3D printed with PLA filament.  They are not intended to be in contact with food or your mouth for extended periods of time, and are intented to be used with dough that will be cooked to a temperature of 220 F or higher.  PLA is plastic and will melt when exposed to high temperatures.  

Hand wash cutters with warm, soapy water, avoiding hot water and the dish washer.
