Processing and Shipping

**Current processing time is 3-5 business days**

Estimated shipping time for physical cookie cutters is 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Shipping time does not include processing time.

Returns and Refunds

I do not offer refunds for physical cookie cutters or STL files.  I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me with any questions or concerns about your purchase.  

I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items/packages. Please contact your local post office for any issues that may occur during shipping.
