Custom Cookie Order Form

Thank you so much for your interest in ordering from me. If you haven't already, please read through the FAQ, PRICING, and AVAILABILITY tabs prior to filling out this form.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee your order. Once I have received your form, I will contact you within 1-3 business days to further discuss your vision, and to confirm that I have availability. Once I have confirmed that I can take your order, a 50% deposit is due to secure your spot on my calendar. The remainder is due at pick-up. Once your order is secured, I will draw up a sketch for you to approve designs, colors, etc. Please note that these sketches are a guide and the final product may vary slightly.

My sugar cookies contain allergens such as gluten, eggs, dairy, and almond extract.

Just A Little Frosting by Lauren operates as a cottage food bakery which means that my cookies are produced and baked out of my home kitchen that is regularly cleaned, but not subject to state licensure or inspection. Allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and shellfish are regularly used in my kitchen, meaning that I cannot guarantee that there will be no allergen cross contamination.

I understand that this is not a guaranteed order and my order is not confirmed until the 50% deposit is received. Full payment is due at pick-up. This is a home-based bakery and while cleaned regularly, my kitchen is not subject to inspection by the health department. If you have any kind of food allergy, I am not able to guarantee that there will be no cross contamination.
